14-Day Return Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, meaning items must be returned within 14 days of purchase.To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn, unused, and in its original packaging, free of stains, smells, or damage.
- Have all tags, swing tags, and hygiene stickers intact.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item. We will work to resolve the issue promptly.
Specific Guidelines
Swimwear
- Swimwear must be tried on over underwear, ensuring that the hygiene label remains in place.
- Returns will not be accepted if the hygiene label has been removed, tampered with, lifted, or reapplied, to ensure the health and safety of our customers.
Nursing Wear
- Nursing wear, including nursing bras, must not be worn or used and must remain in its original condition with tags attached.
- When trying on nursing bras, ensure nursing pads are used to protect against leaking.

Returns are sent at the customer’s expense, unless your item is deemed faulty.

Return Processing Time
Please allow up to 7 business days for your return to be processed once it is received. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Under no circumstances are we able to process a return for any item lost or damaged during transit.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We regret that we cannot accept returns on the following items:
- Sale items
- Gift cards
Exchanges
If you opt for an exchange, we will hold your request until your item is processed. You will then receive an invoice for postage, and once this is paid, your exchange order will be dispatched.
Refunds
All full-priced items are eligible for exchange, refund, or store credit. Refunds will be sent via the original payment method.
Store Credit
Your store credit will be provided in the form of a gift card, sent to your email. Please check your junk or spam folder regularly to avoid missing your voucher.
Discount and Sale Price Adjustment
Under no circumstances do we price adjust purchases that have already been processed. This includes circumstances where an item is purchased at full price prior to a sale, a discount code is not applied at checkout, or when an item that was purchased on sale is returned for a credit note to a value that is less than the original item’s full price.
